MADE WITH JALAPENO-LIME
Steak Tacos (Marinade + Topping)
Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank or skirt steak (swap: chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
- 3 Tbsp ONOIN Jalapeño & Lime (marinade)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small tortillas
- Additional 2 Tbsp ONOIN Jalapeño & Lime (topping)
- Optional: avocado, cilantro, shredded lettuce, cheese
Preparation:

In a bowl or bag, combine ONOIN Jalapeño & Lime (3 Tbsp), olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add steak and coat well. Marinate 30 minutes (up to 4 hours refrigerated).

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Pat steak dry and cook 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to preference).

Transfer to a plate and rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.

Warm tortillas in a dry skillet 10–15 seconds per side (or over a gas flame for char).

Assemble tacos with steak and spoon 2 Tbsp ONOIN Jalapeño & Lime on top. Add optional toppings and serve with lime wedges.
