Preparation:
- In a bowl or bag, combine ONOIN Jalapeño & Lime (3 Tbsp), olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add steak and coat well. Marinate 30 minutes (up to 4 hours refrigerated).
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Pat steak dry and cook 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to preference).
- Transfer to a plate and rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet 10–15 seconds per side (or over a gas flame for char).
- Assemble tacos with steak and spoon 2 Tbsp ONOIN Jalapeño & Lime on top. Add optional toppings and serve with lime wedges.
