MADE WITH JALAPENO-LIME

Jalapeño Lime Guacamole

Jalapeño Lime Guacamole

Servings:

2-3

Prep:

5 minutes

Cook:

Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2–3 Tbsp ONOIN Jalapeño & Lime
  • Pinch of salt (to taste)
Preparation:

This guacamole is made in just 5 minutes but tastes like you actually put in the work. ONOIN Jalapeño Lime brings the onion, jalapeño, lime, and cilantro all in one scoop. Already balances and infused in olive oil, you skip the tedious dice and mince step entirely. Just mash ripe avocados, stir in the ONOIN, hit it with a little salt, and you've got a fresh, creamy guacamole with real depth of flavor. No cutting board, no watery eyes, no wimpy guac.

Guacamole relies on three key flavor elements: onion, jalapeno, and lime. ONION delivers all three in a single ingredient - pre cooked in olive oil for a mellow, rounded flavor that integrates beautifully into avocado without any sharp raw edges.

  1. Halve avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork to your preferred texture.
  2. Stir in 2–3 Tbsp ONOIN Jalapeño Lime until evenly distributed. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
  3. Serve immediately. To prevent browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Pro Tips:

  • Use ripe avocados. They should give gently to pressure. Underripe avocados won't mash well.
  • Mash to your preferred texture - chunky or smooth both work.
  • Add a spoonful of ONOIN on top as a garnish for extra color and visual appeal.
  • Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent browning.
